SHT High Precision Harmonic Gearbox
The SHT series boasts a hollow, flanged barrel framework, characterized by a tidy and streamlined overall design. It features a straightforward and elegant build. The series employs high-rigidity cross roller bearings to connect the flexible and rigid wheels, resulting in a modular product that is simple to maneuver.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The design is streamlined and efficient, with a focus on compactness. The input and output shafts are aligned in a coaxial arrangement. The system is engineered to eliminate any backlash, ensuring a seamless operation. It delivers outstanding precision in positioning and consistent repeatability.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
- SHT-I/II: This model is more compact and offers two methods of connection, allowing for a direct attachment of the motor to the gearbox, simplifying the installation process.
- SHT-III: It features a large-diameter hollow shaft with integrated support bearings, enclosed in a fully sealed design. This is ideal for scenarios where wires must pass through the center of the harmonic gearbox
- SHT-IV: The wave generator cam is incorporated with the input shaft, making it suitable for various input configurations and situations where bevel gears or timing belts need to be fitted at the input end.
- SHT-V: Building on the SHT-III series, this model provides the flexibility for users to redesign the gearbox to achieve a lighter weight and thinner profile without altering its inherent properties.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SHT Series incorporates a hat-shaped flexspline. It is categorized into five distinct versions: SHT-I, SHT-II, SHT-III, SHT-IV, and SHT-V.
Variations Among the SHT Harmonic Reduction Units:
SHT-I: Equipped with a uni-body type wave generator.
SHT-II: Features a cross-slider type wave generator.
SHT-III: Characterized by a large bore with a hollow hole.
SHT-IV: Designed for shaft input type.
SHT-V: Represents the simplified type within the series.
